Promotions cannot be combined with any other specials/promotions or used on "package" specials.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes you need to change your scheduled appointment(s).  Our time, like yours, is very valuable to us. Just as you may be in need of an appointment, other guests may be in need of your appointment...so please be courteous and make your cancellation in a timely matter so that others may benefit from this sought after time.  All multiple services, any service with a duration of one hour or more, or any service we deem necessary may be subject to the requirement of providing a credit, debit, or gift card number to book and hold an appointment.  To provide you with the highest possible level of service, all appointments require a 48 hour cancellation notice...Thank-you

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment will be rescheduled. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. If time is critical to your schedule on a particular day, please make us aware of your schedule when scheduling your appointment.

 

Missed Appointments

In the event that you miss your appointment without contacting the salon your credit card number will be required to schedule future appointments.

 

Confirmation

As a courtesy, we text/email to attempt to confirm your appointment two business days prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to take note of your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

 

Returned Checks

 

Any returned check will result in a $25.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.

 

Fees

 

All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

Retail products may be returned with a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase.  A store credit/gift card will be issued for all returns.  (No cash credit)

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover card, and Spafinder/SpaWish gift cards.
